Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when MSH LAB orders are produced, shipped, and delivered.

Order processing and production: Our products are made to order. After you place an order, it enters production with our manufacturing partner. Production typically takes a few business days before the order is ready to ship. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping and delivery: Once your order has been produced, it is shipped and delivered through our carrier, GOFO. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within several business days of shipping. The combined production and delivery window means your order may take longer to arrive than a standard in-stock product, and we appreciate your patience while your item is made.

Shipping confirmation and tracking: When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at the GOFO tracking page at https://www.gofo.com/us/track. See our Track Your Order page for full instructions.

Delays: Occasionally, production or delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing for international destinations. If a significant delay affects your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
