Refund policy
At MSH LAB, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, the terms below explain how returns and refunds work.
Reporting window: You must contact us about a return, exchange, or order issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. To start a request, email us at mshlabofficial@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the issue.
Condition of returned items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and must be in their original condition. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, staining, damage, or alteration.
How returns are processed: Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from us. Once your request is approved, our team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer freight-to-collect (collect-on-delivery) returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process approved refunds within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency in which the order was originally placed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items that cannot be returned: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, swimwear, socks, and face masks. Any item marked as final sale is also non-returnable.
Restocking fee: MSH LAB does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within the 7-day window with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
