FAQ

Our pieces are made to order. Each item is first produced by our manufacturing partner, which takes a few business days, and is then shipped and delivered through our carrier, GOFO. Because production and shipping are separate stages, please allow extra time compared with a standard in-stock item. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Enter that number on the GOFO tracking page at https://www.gofo.com/us/track to see the latest status and estimated delivery. Please note it can take 24 to 48 hours after a label is created for the first scan to appear.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not charge a restocking fee. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, and face masks cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend comparing those measurements against a garment you already own to find your best fit. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will help.

Each product page lists the exact fabric composition and weight. Most of our pieces are made from durable polyester or cotton-polyester blends, chosen for comfort, structure, and everyday wear. Care instructions are included in every description.
